Picture this… a new visitor to your site is waiting impatiently for the desired page to open…but his every waiting second is only adding to his distraction and finally he ended up switching to other site before he can actually land up your site’s page…. This is practically a situation most of the site owners have to face, thanks to the extended time their site’s pages takes to load. The extra long codes take a toll on the speed, thus reducing your site viewing experience.

This not only creates a bad impression about your site but it also gets negative marking from Google affecting its ranking. Let’s face it … In this fast moving world, where every customer is looking for fast and handy solution, the speed of your site matters the most. Agreed, different page sizes take its own time to load but we can do our bit at least to reduce the page loading time.

We should know that the major problem associated with page speeds is that of long drawn codes and unnecessary use of spaces, punctuation’s in the HTML, CSS and JavaScript codes.

So it has gone imperative to minify the code in the best way possible. Minifying the code means removing extra use of space and characters that are not required for the purpose. In any code, the extra space is given for helping the humans to understand it, but believe me it is not at all required by computers. The lesser the code length, more will be the page load speed.

SketchThemes tells you about some effective tools to minimize your CSS, HTML and JavaScript code.
